Annual event -days of activism against women the abuse of women and children.

On the 16 December 2024 As we wrap up the year with a 7km fun walk in demonstration of the 16 days of activism again the abuse of women and children,the kids came in number and had a Very emotional and exciting day at the same time, Mecklenburg police ànd other organisations  also participated in the demonstration as it was an initiative to support a 10 year old child from the surrounding village who was raped by his uncle.

The fun walk was to also bring the kids together to capacitate and also educate them of the importance of school and staying away from substances like drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, but mostly was to also speak to those who are in abusive families to learn to speak about any kind of abuse taking place at their homes and report them to the police, as the law is protecting them and making sure that they are protected and safe in their homes and also school…thanks to the community of morapaneng, Dithabaneng and Ga makgopa village for taking part and trusting us with your kids in these extreme hot weather.
